CANCELLED: SUSPENSION OF FLIGHT OPERATIONS
EASA Airworthiness Directive Cancellation Notice 2024-0074-CN cancels the previous Emergency AD 2024-0074-E which suspended flight operations of Blackshape S.p.A. BS 115 aeroplanes, including BK 160, BK 160-200, and BK 160TR models. The cancellation follows new data indicating that the second accident involving a BS 115 aeroplane may have resulted from operation beyond certified limits rather than a structural failure. This notice removes the suspension on all BS 115 flight operations.
