About RegNotify
RegNotify monitors EASA publications, generates AI summaries, and delivers fleet-filtered compliance digests — so you spend less time reading PDFs and more time keeping aircraft airworthy.
The problem
EASA publishes 250+ airworthiness directives every year. Each one needs to be read, assessed for fleet applicability, and tracked to a compliance deadline. Most small operators, independent CAMOs, and MROs still do this in spreadsheets and email folders.
Enterprise compliance platforms exist but cost €10,000+ per year and take months to implement. EASA's own notification service is free but sends raw, unfiltered alerts with no summaries or fleet context.
What we do
RegNotify sits in the gap. We auto-ingest every EASA AD, SD, SIB, and CZIB, run each through AI to extract what changed, why it matters, what to do, and when — then let you filter by your aircraft types and get a weekly digest with only what's relevant to your fleet.
Every summary links directly to the original EASA source document. We augment the official record, we don't replace it.
Why we built this
RegNotify was built from firsthand experience with the pain of manual regulatory tracking — cross-referencing ADs against fleet configurations in spreadsheets, hoping nothing critical slips through before the next audit. We built the tool we wished existed.
