Privacy Policy

RegNotify (“we”) is operated by Rijad Tinjak. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. Contact for anything privacy-related: hello@regnotify.com.

What we collect

• Digest subscription: your email address and the aircraft types you select. Subscription uses double opt-in (or your explicit checkbox at account registration), and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
• Account: email, a hashed password (bcrypt — we never store the plaintext), organization name, and the fleet, route, and compliance data you enter in the workspace.
• AI chat: the messages you send to the assistant and its replies, stored to provide conversation history and improve answer quality.
• Usage analytics: page views and product events via PostHog, and error reports via Sentry, using browser identifiers. We use these to understand what works and to fix what breaks — never for advertising, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Legal bases

• Digest emails: your consent (withdrawable any time via unsubscribe).
• Account features: performance of our contract with you.
• Analytics, error monitoring, and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure service.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of processors, each receiving only what their job requires: Vercel (site hosting), Railway (API and database hosting), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI (generating document summaries and chat answers — your chat messages are sent to OpenAI to produce a reply), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe (unsubscribing deletes the record). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Chat history and server logs are kept only as long as operationally useful.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest — email hello@regnotify.com and we’ll act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll note it here and, for subscribers, mention it in the digest.
