Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of regnotify.com (“RegNotify”, “the service”), operated by Rijad Tinjak (see the imprint). By using the service you accept them.

What RegNotify is — and is not

RegNotify aggregates and summarizes publicly available aviation regulatory publications (EASA airworthiness directives, safety publications, and conflict-zone bulletins) and provides tools to track them against your fleet.

• It is an informational tool, not a compliance authority. The official EASA publications are the sole authoritative source. Always verify against them.
• Summaries, tags, applicability matches, and chat answers are generated with AI assistance and may contain errors or omissions.
• Using RegNotify does not discharge any legal obligation of an operator, CAMO, or maintenance organization under Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, or any other regulation. Responsibility for continuing airworthiness remains entirely with you.

Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including automated scraping beyond reasonable use, attempts to disrupt the service, or unlawful use).

Free and paid plans

The service is currently free to use. Any paid plans will be agreed individually and billed by invoice; their specific terms (price, term, seats) will be stated in the order confirmation you receive by email.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
