Fuel — Fuel Tank Electrical Harness — Inspection / Replacement

EASA Airworthiness Directive 2018-0242 is an official regulatory document addressing the inspection and replacement of fuel tank electrical harnesses on PZL M28 05 aeroplanes, specifically serial numbers AJE003-01 through AJE003-47 except AJE00344. The directive targets potential defects in thermo-shrinkable tubes installed on electrical harnesses within the fuel tanks that could impair fuel flow and engine performance. It mandates inspection and, if necessary, replacement of affected parts to ensure continued airworthiness.
