NOT ADOPTED - EASA DECISION ATTACHED - SEE EASA AD 2025-0154

The document titled NOT ADOPTED - EASA DECISION ATTACHED - SEE EASA AD 2025-0154 is an official EASA position regarding the ANAC Argentina Airworthiness Directive RA 2024-05-01 and its Revision 1. It concerns LAVIA SA PA-25, PA-25-235, and PA-25-260 aeroplanes, addressing corrosion and crack findings in the front and rear spars and the drag wire pull fitting (P/N 61212-00) of the front spar. EASA decided not to adopt the ANAC Argentina AD and instead issued its own AD 2025-0154 to address the same unsafe condition with a different inspection regime and operational limitations.
