EASA Regulations for CEAPR DR400/140 B

Engine Controls — Mixture Control Cable — Operational Restriction / Replacement

EASA Airworthiness Directive 2020-0147 is an airworthiness directive addressing mixture control cable issues on CEAPR DR400 aeroplanes, specifically models DR 400/120, DR 400/140 B, DR 400/180, and DR 400/180 R with certain serial numbers. It targets mixture control cables with Part Number 57.18.52.020 that may have uncripped cable sheaths, potentially causing loss of mixture control and engine shutdown. The directive mandates operational restrictions and replacement of affected parts to ensure continued airworthiness.
