Vertical Navigation Approach Disconnect Following Missed Approach
The FAA Aviation Safety Information Bulletin SAIB: 2026-17 titled "Vertical Navigation Approach Disconnect Following Missed Approach" informs operators of Boeing 737-600/-700/-800/-900/-900ER/-7/-8/-9/-8200 series airplanes equipped with Flight Management Computer software versions U14.0 or U14.1 about a potential vertical navigation (VNAV) mode disconnect during subsequent approaches after a missed approach.
